We are pet-friendly at The Timbers. We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $35/month for one pet and $50/month for two pets. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.

No, we don't have any furnished apartments.


Rent can be paid by Certified Funds, Rent Café, Personal Checks, Pay by Phone, and Pay by text.

Guests are welcome, yet they may stay no more than 14 consecutive days.

2 Months is the minimum lease term.

Application Fee $50 per Applicant, Reservation Fee $200, Security Deposit $250, 1/2 month rent, Full Month Rent (vary with resident check results).

Trash Valet $25.00 per month, Water and Sewage per Usage, Dominion Electric Company, Xfinity, Renters Insurance, Assurant ($14.50).

Yes, renter's insurance is required.


No, public transportation is not close by. However, it is within 2.8 miles.

Our community neighborhood is Bon Air North Chesterfield.

Our apartment community is located in Chesterfield County School District.

Bike trails can be found nearby at Huguenot Park.

You can do your shopping at Chesterfield Town Center and Stoney Point Fashion Park.

We have several nearby coffee shops including Perk Coffee, Starbucks, & Dunkin Donuts all within 2 miles.
